자 단체인 '조선친선협회'(Korean Friendship Association, KFA)와 접촉해
인맥을 쌓는다. KFA를 만든 알레한드로를 만나 친분을 쌓고,
라르센은 '미스터 제임스'라는 무기 밀매상을 소개한다.
하지만 미스터 제임스는 짐 메흐디가 연기하는 허구의 인물이
다.
그동안 그 어디에도 공개되지 않았던 북한의 미사일 TEL이 등장한다.

After gaining the trust of KFA’s founder, Alejandro, Larsen introduces him to "Mr. James" —a fake arms dealer played by an actor. Together with a bizarre cast, including a former French soldier convicted of drug trafficking, they penetrate deep into the regime's illicit networks, ultimately capturing unprecedented footage of North Korea's hidden missile TELs (Transporter Erector Launchers).
